WHY IT'S CRAVED

This is a great, classic chorizo, made in a traditional Spanish way with smoked Spanish paprika, giving it its aromatic, deep flavour. Beal's Farm truly excels at making traditional charcuterie with English pork. 

Beal's Farm breeds their own herd of heritage Mangalitza pigs to make their charcuterie, and they use only pork leg in their chorizo.

HOW WE LIKE IT

Chopped up and mixed into a pasta (we love spicing up a plain aglio olio with it) or in a homemade frittata with cherry tomatoes (it's life changing).
