This award-winning treat is a unique take on traditional milk chocolate. The rye crumb adds an enjoyably crunchy texture to the creamy chocolate, which is then finished off with a perfect sea salt after-taste. They had us at the first bite.

Pump Street's chocolate is bean to bar and they take great pride in how they source their beans- they are imported directly from family farms and cooperatives around the world.

Father and daughter team Chris and Joanna Brenman have been baking their favourite sourdough and viennoiserie breads since 2010 when they opened Pump Street Bakery. Their inspiration for making chocolate came a few years later when they noticed how disconnected most chocolate makers are from the cocoa growers.
