WHY IT'S CRAVED
Crunchy and nutty with a hint of spice and an amazing ruby colour - these crackers are completely different from anything we've had before.
Patka and Martin make their crackers by hand and gets the crisp through drying them rather than to bake of fry them. This preserves more of the nutrients of the über healthy ingredients, ensuring that the crackers are as good for you as they are tasty.
HOW WE LIKE IT
We love them with all kinds of finger food and cheese, and especially with a fresh curd cheese where the sweetness and spice of the crackers balance the acidity of the cheese perfectly.
Unpasteurised beetroot sauerkraut (cabbage, beetroot, carrot, ginger), Sunflower seeds, Golden flax Seeds, Chia seeds, Basil, Cumin, Garlic, Lemon juice, Cayenne pepper, Crystal pink himalayan salt.
