WHY IT'S CRAVED

Originally used in Asian cuisine, black garlic is a type of slow-caramelised garlic. The caramelisation process gives it an intense tamarind flavour and subtle sweetness, making it an extremely unique cooking ingredient. It reminds us of a beautifully aged balsamic. 

HOW WE LIKE IT

Oh the possibilities are endless. One of our favourites, though, is black garlic bruschetta for some wonderful tamarind flavour!
