WHY IT'S CRAVED
Originally used in Asian cuisine, black garlic is a type of slow-caramelised garlic. The caramelisation process gives it an intense tamarind flavour and subtle sweetness, making it an extremely unique cooking ingredient. It reminds us of a beautifully aged balsamic.
