There's so much macho hype going on in relation to hot sauces, but what Ben has created is actually a very elegant fruity and fragrant sauce that just happens to be very, very hot.
Ben meticulously sources his Scotch Bonnets not from the Caribbean but from West Africa where he gets the intense tropical fruit notes that make this sauce so special.
HOW WE LIKE IT
The sauce makes the best jerk marinade we've ever had and we also love to mix it with mayonnaise and serve with plantain or sweet potato chips.
