Air dried from premium grass-fed beef in Wimbledon, M-EAT!’s original biltong really is something special and harnesses all the amazing and complex flavour of the Aberdeen Angus silverside beef it is hand cut from. More tender than the more widely known jerkies, M-EAT!’s biltong is tenderised with a blend of herbs and spices that give it such a unique flavour.
Premium beef (95%), malt vinegar, Worcester sauce, salt, black pepper, coriander, peri peri flavouring, preservative (E202), ascorbic acid.
