British cucumbers with a crunch and a splash of gin added to the brine — the only problem with these pickles is their tendency to disappear rather quickly. Stick them in a burger, or a salt beef sandwich, or even your favourite toastie, though you may find yourself eating these straight out of the jar even when the sandwich is long gone.
