Inspired by a successful, although sake saturated, trip to Japan, this jerky from the team at CopperNose is a sweet jerky made from 100% grass-fed, ethically sourced British silverside beef. They are setting the standard for what craft jerky should be.
HOW WE LIKE IT
Bare with us, you may not believe it but this jerky goes well will a full flavoured red wine like a merlot. When most people think jerky, wine doesn’t generally spring into mind, but give it a try and we are sure you will agree with us.
Whole slices of beef, teriyaki sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, wine (contains sulphur dioxide)), sugar, spirit vinegar, spice extracts, onion powder, garlic powder), Worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt), black pepper, liquid hickory smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil.
