WHY IT'S CRAVED
We love that this hot sauce is made with Brick Brewery's Blenheim Black IPA. Unsurprisingly, the beer gives a deep, dark flavour to the sauce, which precedes the fire-hot kick of the scotch bonnet chillies. What is traditionally a fruity chilli is balanced out by the hoppy IPA, and we're really into that. Still not for the faint hearted.
HOW WE LIKE IT
This is a great accompaniment to grilled meats.
