Curing mixes 30g each:
Original - (salt, sugar, preservatives (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)).
Sweet - (salt, organic demerara sugar, preservative (sodium nitrite)).
Smoky - (salt, smoke flavouring, acidity regulator (sodium carbonate), preservatives (sodium nitrite), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)).
Curing bags, muslin, plastic gloves, butcher's hook, instructions manual.
HOW TO MAKE IT
Tried and tested, this clever little Bacon Curing Kit by Ross & Ross really does make bacon curing a breeze—simply add pork belly and follow the simple steps in the included manual. 30—60 minutes of preparation are all that is required and then after seven days of curing you will have your very own bacon.
