Apple Balsamic Vinegar

Made by Liberty Fields

MADE BY LIBERTY FIELDS IN HALSTOCK, DORSET

WHY IT'S CRAVED

This balsamic vinegar is truly special. Aged in wood for 6 years, the only ingredient is apples—all of which are grown in Dorset orchards. Thanks to its method of ageing, it has deep, fragrant flavour and you only need a few drops of this to transform your salads, meats, or sandwiches.

Liberty Fields makes their vinegars using the traditional Italian method: reduction and concentration over a long period of time (no flavouring or added colours).

WHAT'S INSIDE

100% apples.
