MADE BY LIBERTY FIELDS IN HALSTOCK, DORSET

WHY IT'S CRAVED

This balsamic vinegar is truly special. Aged in wood for 6 years, the only ingredient is apples- all of which are grown in Dorset orchards. Thanks to its method of ageing, it has deep, fragrant flavour and you only need a few drops of this to transform your salads, meats or sandwiches.

Liberty Fields makes this vinegar using the traditional Italian method: reduction and then concentration over a long period of time (no flavouring or colouring added).

HOW WE LIKE IT

Although it makes a superb salad dressing (or drizzled over avocado with salt), we recommend using it in a bacon sandwich. It'll change your life.
