Standard Delivery is £4.95 and arrives within 2-3 working days to UK mainland.

Express Delivery is £7.95 and arrives the next working day if ordered before 2 pm, Monday-Friday to UK mainland.

Saturday Delivery is £8.95 and arrives on Saturday if ordered at any point in the week before 2 pm Friday. Available for UK mainland only.

Sunday Delivery is £9.95 and arrives on Sunday if ordered at any point in the week before 2 pm Friday. Available for UK mainland only.

Instant Delivery is £11.95 and arrives within 4 hours if ordered before 2 pm, Monday-Friday. Available in Central London only.

International Delivery is £15 and arrives within 2-5 working days. Unfortunately we cannot ship fresh products require chilled delivery to the EU.

All subscriptions include free delivery in the price. Please note that we unfortunately cannot send subscriptions outside the UK mainland at present.


Orders containing fresh products require expedited shipping and cooled packaging, and are therefore subject to a small surcharge. These orders are only sent out Mon-Wed (to arrive Tue-Thur) to avoid fresh items being stuck with our courier over the weekend. 

We use British wool to insulate the box and deep-frozen ice to ensure that your fresh goods arrive in perfect condition.


Multiple Gift Collections We deliver each gift collection in a separate, packed box, ready to hand over to the lucky recipient. If you're ordering multiple gifts in the same order, a small surcharge per gift might be added to cover the cost of additional postage and packaging.

If you receive an item that is not satisfactory for any reason, please contact us at and we will try to make things right straight away.

We welcome returns within 14 days with a proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned, but we'll of course compensate you in the rare instance that a product received is faulty or otherwise unsatisfactory.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you're returning an expensive item as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed and appear on your card or bank account statement.
