The ale from brings a touch of both sweet and bitter to Simon's cured beef. The rare breed beef is sourced from master butchers Turner & George and the ale from Five Points Brewery just around the corner from The London Charcutier in London Fields. You can't go wrong with ingredients like that.
HOW WE LIKE IT
This is great on a table of cold cuts and on the cheese tray. A cold beer is the perfect match with cured beef.
British free range beef (meat), ale, salt, curing salts (E250, E252), herbs, spices.
