The London Charcutier

After training as a professional chef and working as a head chef in some of London’s top restaurants, Simon decided to focus on combining his passion for British food tradition and quality charcuterie products.

His idea was to merge classic British flavour pairings such as beef and ale with traditional curing methods to produce truly British charcuterie.

The London Charcutier is based in London Fields where Simon makes everything by hand, bringing together the very best producers (such as local Five Points Brewery ale for their beef cured in ale) with traditional methods of preparation.

At the moment Simon is working on a few new flavour combinations and preparing to open the charcuterie for tasting evenings and workshops.
