Sarah is the mastermind behind The Artisan Kitchen, a small producer pioneering a modern spin on the preserves market. Sarah has always been a foodie, spending years training, working and honing her skills at the UK’s best restaurants and hotels.
It was while she was managing the preserves kitchen at Daylesford Organic that her passion for preserves grew. She discovered the magic of being able to preserve each season one jar at a time. She uses a mixture of local and imported ingredients to create her blends – including foraged Mirabelles, Sicilian blood oranges and fifth generation Blasedon plums from Gloucestershire.
Sarah launched the business full time in 2012 and works hard to bring continual innovation and creativity to her produce. She puts quality and consistency at the heart of her craft with the aim of making fantastic tasting food.
