PaMa

Patka and Martin were inspired by raw foods during a trip to California after visiting institutions like the Gratitude Cafe in San Francisco. Shortly thereafter the idea of starting a raw food company in London was born. 

PaMa's focus is on organic sauerkraut, from which their Sauerkraut crackers are made. Instead of using traditional ingredients and baking their crackers, Patka and Marting dehydrate their fermented kraut with mixed in seeds and spices. The result is a cracker that is as good for you as it is healthy. 

Patka and Martin handle the entire production process, starting by sourcing local and fresh ingredients before putting a lot of love and hard work to live up to their motto: treat yourself - feel good - be energised
