Hebridean Sea Salt
When Natalie struggled to find Scottish Sea Salt despite the abundance of coastline, she realised someone needed to start harvesting some. She started Hebridean Sea Salt and within two years, due to the fantastic flavour of the natural sea salt she found there, she expanded her repertoire to include two special flavours, inspired by the local surroundings: locally sourced seaweed and peat.
Based on the east coast of the Isle of Lewis, known as the "edge of Europe", Natalie harvests her pure and unrefined salts from the waters of Loch Erisort, known for its exceptional clarity and cleanness. She and her team use minimalist methods so as to retain its natural deliciousness. All three varieties of her high quality sea salt are proof enough that less is more.
