Jenny had been making pepper jelly for about 20 years before she finally decided to turn it into a business (at the urging of her friends and family). So she took a business course, left her job and started bottling her classic jelly recipe. Eight years later, she's making her award-winning jellies in a few tasty varieties- to the same acclaim she got from her friends and family.
