Chloe trained as an illustrator but decided that she preferred baking and confectionary as a creative outlet. Her process is all about precision, and creating her caramels is small batches allows her to maintain the level of precision she's looking for. Her most precious tools are her set of copper pans from Villedieu-Les-Poêles. 

Every caramel is made by hand: from transforming the sugar into a hot golden goo to mixing it with organic cream, setting it into bites of chewy gold, and finally cutting and wrapping the final product.

Chloe has new recipes and products in development, and whatever she comes up with will have a childlike playfulness and simply "make people happy".
