Cwrtau Bach

In 2007, Pam and her husband Steve designed and built a big 5,000 square foot greenhouse in their backyard so they could grow and sell beautiful, seasonal produce to their local community. Realising they could do more with their produce, they recently started making delicious homemade sauces and preserves, as well. 

Inspired by the range of ethnic food she ate while growing up in the US, Pam started experimenting with how she could play with the different flavours of the produce she grew, ranging from Mexican to Mediterranean. Now, her aim is to make her range of amazing sauces accessible to everyone, not just as an occasional product but as something people can incorporate into their everyday cooking.
